Tourist grape harvesting is a unique opportunity to spend some special time with a winegrower. Join the Maison Huttard grape harvesting team and discover the secrets of their organic farming methods; you'll learn everything there is to know!
‘Grape picker for a day’ is a wine tourism activity during which tourists discover and learn about grape harvesting.
Equipped with pruning shears, the winegrower will take you to their vineyards to harvest grapes. They will explain the work involved in vine cultivation, pruning, harvesting and winemaking.
Several options are available:
- Morning without lunch, from 9:00 to 12:00
- Morning with lunch, from 9:00 to 14:00
Specific conditions: as the activity takes place outdoors, participants must bring appropriate clothing for the weather conditions: a bottle of water, clothes that can get dirty and suitable footwear (walking shoes or boots), a hat and sunglasses, etc. Please also remember to bring your ID with you.
Please note: As this activity requires favourable conditions (in particular, ripe grapes and good weather), Maison Jean Huttard reserves the right to cancel the activity or if applicable, offer a compensatory service: an informative tour and a ripeness check, for example.
Prices:
- Adults: 45 € to 59 €
- Children* aged 7 to 17 inclusive: 15 € to 29 €
- Groups (10 people or more): 40 € to 54 €
*Children participate in the activity under the responsibility of their parents or an accompanying adult.
