The programme: after a few minutes of walking and explanations about Alsace viticulture and wines, you will reach the Grand Cru Sonnenglanz to learn more about the Appellation Origine Contrôlée (AOC) Alsace Grand Cru and more particularly about the Grand Cru Sonnenglanz. On site, you will taste 3 wines from the appellation in question, accompanied by a platter of local charcuterie and cheeses. Elise will be happy to tell you about the philosophy of each producer selected for this tasting and make this outing a unique moment of sharing.
